Equestrian Easements

Equestrian Easements - After our meeting last night I was wondering if it would be a good idea to remove the equestrian easements from our neighborhood. I know they are not currently used by horses, but maybe we can use them for walking/biking trails. Other neighborhoods attract home buyers with these amenities - so maybe we should promote them instead of destroying them. Would it be possible to add a question to the Roads survey - ask property owners if this would be something they would use?? and yes, I'd be willing to put together a "trails" committee to help maintain them.
